Purpose of the application

The application is intended solely for educational purposes and entertainment. Users can test their knowledge of plant and animal species through quizzes and games.

Use in nature

The application is intended for use along the marked trail in the Landscape of Outstanding Features “Vardenik”. Users move through nature at their own risk and are required to observe the trail rules, the signs on the ground, and the instructions of the protected area manager. Personal data The application does not collect personal data about its users. No registration is required, and the answers given in the quiz are not linked to any user and are not retained after the session ends.

Accuracy of information

Information about plant and animal species in the application may be simplified and is not intended for professional or scientific research. The application does not guarantee that this information is complete or accurate. We encourage users to treat the application as a starting point for further learning and to consult specialist literature and relevant sources for more precise information.

Photographs

The photographs of plant and animal species in the application were generated using artificial intelligence (AI). They are illustrations and do not depict specific individuals recorded on Vardenik. Do not use them to identify species in the wild.

The code, text, design, and the selection and arrangement of content in the application are protected by copyright and are the property of the signatory organisations or of third parties who have granted permission for their use. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the rights holder.

Liability

The application is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties of any kind. The authors, the owners of the application and parties associated with them accept no individual or collective liability for any damage or loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the application. Users use the application at their own risk.
